SYNOPSIS

A group of mysterious robots tasked with observing and guiding the universe from the shadows discovers a dangerous virus spreading across the artificial lifeforms that threatens the very fabric of existence.

They were explorers & dreamers flung into the dark on a voyage no one expected them to return from. But within a lightless nebula, a force — unseen, impossible — drew them in. Time unraveled. When they emerged three hundred years later, their flesh was gone, their minds fused into unyielding machinery, their hearts reshaped by something vast and unknowable. Outside of a select few, the only knowledge of them is but whispers on black-net chats. Caught on camera at history changing moments. Impossibly present at the pivot points of existence. They do not rest. Their strange works nudge events toward some hidden design.
